Capcom setzt seine Serie Crossover-Kämpfe durch seine Street Fighter Charaktere gegen die Gleichen von Spider-Man, Wolverine, Captain America, Hulk und Lochfraß. Wählen Sie aus acht Marvel Super Heroes und neun Straßenkämpfern vor dem Computer oder einen Freund in der Combo-schwere Aktion Satz inmitten animierten Kulissen eingreifen. Gameplay folgt eng das eingeführte Format in X-Men vs. Street Fighter auf PlayStation. Schlacht eine Reihe von Kämpfern in Folge, bis die Auseinandersetzung mit Bossen verlieren und Cyber-Akuma. Sechs geheime Charaktere sind ebenfalls enthalten, wie Mephisto und einem metallischen gepanzerten Spider-Man, obwohl die meisten sind leichte Varianten der bestehenden Kämpfer.
