Jersey-Teufel, wie der Titel schon sagt, auf dem legendären New Jersey Tier mit dem gleichen Namen lose basiert. Statt der schrecklichen Bestie der Legende beschreibt, der Protagonist des Titels ist hübsch lila Kreatur mit langen Ohren-und kleinen Flügeln. Dr. Knarf - der Bösewicht des Stückes - hat eine Legion von mutierten Gemüse erstellt seinen bösen Willen zu tun, und es fällt auf Jersey Teufel die wahnsinnigen Wissenschaftler zu stoppen.
