Bedlam è uno sparatutto in cui i giocatori controllano uno dei tre robot da un top-down prospettiva e devono far saltare quasi tutto ciò che attraversa il loro cammino. Secondo la storia, creature biomeccaniche che originariamente erano innocui e creato per svolgere le faccende più umili hanno mutato in esseri temibili e preso in consegna il pianeta. I giocatori assumono il ruolo di un mercenario che deve controllare una squadra di fino a tre robot al fine di porre fine alla tirannia del Biomech.
