Karous est un jeu vidéo de tir à défilement vertical développé par Milestone Inc. pour la plate-forme Sega NAOMI, et sorti dans les arcades japonaises le 15 novembre 2006. Le jeu a ensuite été porté sur Sega Dreamcast, devenant le dernier titre sous licence officielle du système lors de sa sortie au Japon le 8 mars 2007.
