Azumanga Daioh Puzzle Bobble est un jeu basé sur l'anime et le manga Azumanga Daioh qui est sorti le 1er juin 2002 chez Taito Corporation sous la forme d'un spin-off de Puzzle Bobble réservé aux jeux d'arcade. Il a été développé par MOSS pour l'arcade Sega NAOMI GD-ROM et distribué en exclusivité au Japon. Il comporte également un mode deux joueurs et les acteurs originaux de l'anime Azumanga Daioh reprennent leurs rôles. Il est contrôlé par un joystick et deux boutons.
