The Legend of Heroes IV - Akai Shizuku (auch bekannt als The Legend of Heroes IV: A Tear of Vermillion) ist ein Rollenspiel von Nihon Falcom Corporation entwickelt wurde. Es ist das vierte Spiel in der The Legend of Heroes-Serie und die ersten in der Reihe 'Gagharv Trilogy'. Es wurde ursprünglich im Jahr 1996 für die NEC PC-9801 freigegeben. Dies wurde durch eine 1998-Release für die PlayStation und eine 1999-Release für Microsoft Windows-PCs gefolgt.
