After becoming millionaires in the gold rush, Jerrod and Jake Wilson return home to Brooklyn 20 years after leaving it for California. They find that their hometown has been taken over by their childhood enemy, William Tweed, who has been elected to the State legislature and has used his position to spread crime and corruption through Brooklyn. The Wilson brothers have evidence against Williams that could put him in prison and end his reign of terror, but Williams knows they are coming and will try to stop them.
