En Superstar Dance Club, los jugadores controlan a 18 años de edad, Suzy mientras se esfuerza por convertirse en el campeón de Super Star Dance Club de Tokio por perfeccionar sus habilidades de baile rítmicos durante 21 etapas en diversos clubes. Mediante la obtención de un alto grado de paso en cada etapa, nuevas etapas se desbloquean y Suzy gana dinero (fichas) que determinan cuál de los múltiples finales se logra al final del juego.
