Little Vampire was originally released for the PC-88 and PC-98 on May 5, 1988.
Despite the simultaneous release (assuming sources are correct), the two versions have a minor change: slightly different Chapter 3 forest mazes. The PC-98 version adds two instant-death monsters blocking the eastern approach to the Tower, forcing the player to approach from the northeast.
