Bringing back the classic fighting game by Jordan Mechner, this project is based on the complex and award-winning original fighting action game but will expand on the franchise in an all new way. The new Karateka serves as both a remake and a re-imagining of the original game with modern game game design, with art by Jeff Matsuda (of Batman: The Animated Series fame) and music by Grammy-winning composer Christopher Tin (Civilization IV.) Fight to save the lovely Mariko from the evil warlord Akuma and reunite her with her True Love!
