A-Train es una serie de videojuegos de simulación de trenes, originalmente desarrollado y publicado por Artdink japonés desarrollador de juegos en Japón. El primer juego de la serie fue publicada en 1985. [1] El primer lanzamiento en los Estados Unidos fue la A-Train II, publicado en 1988 por el Seika Corporation bajo el título imperio del ferrocarril. Sin embargo, la liberación EE.UU. más conocido es la A-Train III, publicado en 1992 por Maxis simplemente como A-Train.
