Each area is a single screen with some platforms and monsters, defeating everything clears the stage. There are five chapters, consisting of 5 stages each, complete with a boss fight as the final stage of each chapter.

This is a game starring Sanae and Utsuho from Touhou franchise and it's the sequel to the original "Sanae Challenge". In this game you run around the map while fighting and sealing Kedama and the locations where they spawn with the assistance of Utsuho.
