Well ok, not my first FAQ but my first walkthrough of any game. This guide covers the US version of Rogue Galaxy, so it will include things not found in the Japanese release. If you have any questions concerning this document then please send it to the email address listed at the top of page. Please mark all emails as; Rogue Galaxy FAQ/Walkthrough otherwise it might end up getting marked as spam messages. Please, no 1337 language, verbal abuse or any of that stuff when sending comments, those will be ignored. Constructive criticism is ok, but keep it clean. Yes, there will be more in this guide. I will be making several updates to get the content out and available to the readers. I hope to have this done by June 15, 2007. By then I should have the annoying little mistakes out of the way. After a few scenes |Snow Crest x2 | you will be introduced to a short tutorial |Heal Potion x3 | battle against some Baphu. These guys are |Alloy Hammer Fists (Star Key)(1) | easy. Hammer away with any of your attacks |Heal Potion x3 | and be done with them. You will start out |Thunder Stone | once you gain control of Jaster, in front |Medusa's Locks (Earth Key)(1) | of the church. Beside the church is a chest |Max Heal | containing SNOW CREST x2. Now Head inside |Thunder Stone | the church and search to the left of the |Lucky Clover (Sun Key)(1) | entrance for a chest containing HEAL POTION |Divine Healing | x3. Head back outside and take the only |Silver Bangle | available path at the moment. Upon crossing |Max Heal | a bridge you will come find a transporter. |Recharge Drink | With these you can save, teleport to a |Iron Board x2 | previously visited transporter on a planet, |Heal Potion x2 | exchange for hunter points if you have met |Tri-Heal x3 | certain conditions, and finally an item |Myriad Branch x2 (Earth Key)(2) | storage. The Exchange Points menu won't be |Silver Bangle | available just yet. After saving continue |Dreamflower Ash x3 | down the path and you will reach a T- |Snow Crest | junction and another small tutorial battle. |Izerium (bomb trap) | Again these guys are very easy. Use any |Cumulus Pendant | attack and be done with them. |Resurrection x2 | |Cold Spray (curse trap) | After the battle you can take the path |Pride of Kings (Star Key)(2) * | leading to the left to find two chests. | | One requires a certain key which you can't |* Only obtainable from Chapter | gat for awhile and the other chest contains |Ten onward | HEAL POTION x3. Head Back to the T-junction o---------------------------------o and take the other path this time. Follow | Enemies Found In Area (7) | the road for a bit and you will soon come o---------------------------------o across a chest containing a THUNDER STONE. |Baphu (30) | Enter the house next to the chest and you |Dragonfly (25) | will find another chest which requires a |Sand Tortoise (30) | different key this time. Again you will not |Mish (30) | receive this for awhile. You can climb the |Cactulus (20) | ladder in the house to reach a chest |Statue Dog (30) | containing a MAX HEAL. Head back outside |Gold Child (30) | and continue following the road and you o---------------------------------o will witness a short scene. Afterwards continue down the path and you come across an area that requires you to jump across the water. Pressing O will allow you to Jump. Pressing X or O will allow you to pull yourself up. After getting to the other side, search to the left for two chests containing C02 POWDER x2, and HEAL POTION x3. There is also another transporter nearby, so save your progress. Immediately upon turning the corner up ahead you will encounter a small scene and face your first real battle. The mysterious hooded man will leave you, but will leave behind the first Seven Star Sword of the game, The Desert Seeker, and the Battle Recorder. This will enable you to collect points from any transporter if you have met the conditions of either enemy hunts or quarry hunts. It would be a wise idea to have Jaster learn the Revelation move Flash Sword beforehand. Use the Thunder Stone you acquired from the chest in the Revelation chart and use the item where required. Revelations will become essential as the game progresses. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BOSS BATTLE; Giant x2 (Recommended Level 4-5) HP; 350 (Each) Elemental Weakness; None Difficulty; Medium Drops; Heal Potion x2, 84-105 Zehn Experience; Depends solely on your current level You will notice when you start the battle that you can't seem to damage it. You will encounter a small tutorial about barrier types. This particular enemy requires that you jump and attack the head or upper body. Now before you do anything you should try that Flash Sword out. Not only does it increase your damage output but it also has the chance of electricuting the enemy, dealing extra damage every few seconds. It is also a good idea and try to separate them as much as possible. It can really hurt you if you get hit simultaneously by both Giants. Jump up and attack their head. You will get up to three swings with your main weapon before landing back on the ground. Just keep repeating the process and re-use your Flash Sword when it runs out. Be sure of course to keep your HP topped at all times, two or three solid attacks by them can kill you. After a short while they will both go down. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now before proceeding down the path, be sure to check the house on the right side of the path. Inside on the floor you will find another chest which requires that final key that you will obtain. Now climb the ladder inside and you will reach a chest containing a DIVINE HEALING. Now head back outside and continue on and you will come across another transporter. Save, and enter the building to the left side. Inside you will find a shopkeeper, so make some purchase that you need, such as healing items. *See the Shop Information section for a complete list of items*. There is also a chest inside containing HEAL POTION x2. Once your ready head back out side and continue down the road. Down the path a bit, you will find a chest on the right side containing a SILVER BANGLE. Continue following the path and you will come across a huge pile of rubble in the middle of the road. Jump up on the boxes and jump up and grab a hold of the vent. Pull yourself up and make your way to the other side. Jump down afterwards and turn around to spot a chest containing a THUNDER STONE. Continue down the road a little further and you will a chest on the right side containing a MAX HEAL. Continue on and you will come across another transporter, so be sure to save your progress. Before continuing forward, I would advise you to learn any other Revelation moves possible, and get your level up to around level 6, if your still below that. Just ahead you will encounter a small scene and pick up the characters; Steve and Simon. You will now be introduces to the games one and only forced quarry boss. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BOSS BATTLE; Mark VIII Salamander (Recommended Level 6) HP; Leg Irons 200 (Each), Heart 250, Head 800 Elemental Weakness; None Difficulty; Slightly Hard Drops; Tri-Heal, Resurrection, 280 Zehn Experience; Depends solely on your current level Hunter Points Value; 20,000 This battle is a mutiple stage battle. You first objective is to destroy the four Leg Irons. Any basic attack will do just fine. Make sure to heal if needed. It won't take too long to destroy them. Now that the Leg Irons are gone, Steve and Simon will leave the party temporarily and you will now be given a new blaster called the Monography Shot. Now the second stage of the battle begins. After a brief tutorial on its use, its time to attack its Heart. You will automatically be given a set of platforms to which you can jump on. Make your way up to the top and swing away with you sword. Be careful because it's realy easy to fall off. Take note as well that the platforms will disappear after a while. If they do, you will need to hit the boss at the front end to create another set of platforms. Make sure you heal frequently because he can charge right at you. Make use of the block command. Hold RI to block. Not only does it block and reduce damage greatly, but it will charge your action gauge faster. Repeat the process and eventually the heart will be destroyed. For the final stage of the battle it will be your objective to destroy its Head. Now the fun begins. You do not want to attack from the front, but instead from the side. He loves to breath out flames that not only do quite a bit of damage but can also light your character on fire. Use your Flash Blade and hammer away. Keep an eye on your HP and remember to block when needed. Just keep repeating the process until it finally takes the dirt nap. Now that the battle is finally over you will now be able to cash in for a whopping 20,000 hunter points at any transporter. Steve and Simon will now rejoin your party. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There are a couple of shops and a few chests to grab before you leave. In the inner area of this square shaped open area are two shopkeepers. One specializes in weapons and the other in items. Purchase what you need and head back outside. Search around the same buildings for two chests containing a SILVER BANGLE, and DREAMFLOWER ASH x3. In the upper left corner of your mini-map there is a chest containing a RECHARGE DRINK. From this same area take the path leading off to the top right corner of your mini-map. Follow the road all the way to the end and enter the large building. Inside you will find a chest to the right of the stairs containing IRON BOARD x2, and to the left of the entrance a chest containing HEAL POTION x2. Head up the stairs and through the door. Upon heading outside immediately turn right and search in the far corner to find two chests. One requires the Earth Key, and the other chest contains TRI-HEAL x3. Search the other corner to the left of the entrance for a chest containing a SNOW CREST. Now teleport back to the first transporter. Just past the bridge there is a chest containing a CUMULUS PENDANT. On each side of the church you will find a chest. They contain a COLD SPRAY (curse trap), and RESURRECTION x2. Now that you have picked up all those chests, return to the town square. In the bottom right corner on your mini-map there is another transporter. Save, and take the small road to the south. Search beside the large doors on the left side for a chest containing some IZERIUM (bomb trap). Now speak with the man named Katahari and pay the 200 Zehn he asks for and rent the Yago. End of Chapter One, The Departure.. ______________________________________ / Chapter Two, The Jungle Planet \ -------------------------------------------------------------------------[0002] o-----------------------o | Rosa, Rosa Nebula | o-----------------------o After a few scenes you will now have control of Jaster onboard the Dorgenark. Save at the teleporter, and then talk to Steve at the helm. After the scene, head through the door closest to the transporter, and ride the elevator down. You will be in the lounge. Don't go through the door across to the other side, but instead take the other door. Follow the hallway down and through another door. You wil now be outside on the deck of the ship. Good thing they have shields:). After a couple of scenes Kisala will join up with you and a boss battle will occur. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BOSS BATTLE; Deviler x4 (Recommended Level 7) HP 407 each Elemental Weakness; Fire, Ice Difficulty; Semi-Easy Drops; Heal Potion x2, 84-105 Experience; Depends solely on your current level This battle isn't as hard as you might expect. Yes, there are four enemies but they really don't hit all that hard. Have Jaster shooting from a distance and block while they are circling around the front of the ship. Once you finish off a couple of them, it will become a lot easier. Just keep your HP up at all times and you'll be fine. Before long the battle will be over. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now a few scenes will play out and you will now be on a totally new planet. o-------------------------------o | Juraika, Path to Burkaqua | o-------------------------------o o---------------------------------o After a brief tutorial on the ship you | Treasure Chests Found (23) | will now have two allies join you, Zegram, o---------------------------------o and Kisala. You will be on he deck of the |Graverosse | ship. Take the lift on the right side down |Sanchez Fruit x4 | to the ground. Follow the path down a bit |Bolt Shuriken | and you will find a shopkeeper. Purchase |Mimic | some healing supplies and get one or two |Mimic | Burning Blasters for Jaster. Search the |Dreamflower Ash | chest beside the shopkeeper for GRAVEROSSE. |Thunder Stones x3 (Earth Key)(3) | Once you are ready, follow the path down |Myriad Branch | for a bit and you will encounter a small |Milit-Grade Battery (Star Key)(3)| scene. Down the path a little further there |Cumulus Pendant | is a chest on the right side of the path |Resurrection x3 | containing SANCHEZ FRUIT x4. Down the path |Silver Bangle | further there is another chest containing a |Mimic | BOLT SHURIKEN. Equip that to Zegram, and |Spirit Bell | continue follwing the path for another |Queen Bee Stinger | short scene. You will eventually reach a |Heal Potion x3 | 4-way intersection. Save at the transporter |Tri-Heal | and take the path to the right for now. |Mimic | |Pirate's Grog | Down the path a bit there will be two paths |Mimic | leading to the left and right as well as |Hellpot Flame x2 | the path you are on. Ignore the paths |Divine Healing x2 | in the other directions for now and follow |Yago Milk | the path a little further to reach a chest. |Thunder Stones (Earth Key)(4) | Beware, this is not an actual chest, but o---------------------------------o contains a Mimic. These guys are very hard | Enemies found in area (9) | compared to the other regular enemies you o---------------------------------o have fought so far here. You options for |Horrorwood (30) | beating these guys are low right now, so |Smiley (20) | I'd advice using Jaster's blaster instead |King Bee (35) | of his sword. You will be forced to use a |Gorra (25) | Resurrection or heal potion periodically. |Mutch (30) | And don't forget to block. His attacks can |Stump (30) | wipe you out in a matter of two to three |Pirahnite (20) | hits. It will eventually fall and you will |Moui (30) | obtain a Hunter Coin. Now technically you |Blue Thunder (30) | don't have to grab the chests containing o---------------------------------o Mimics, but each one you battle and defeat, you will be rewarded with a Hunter Coin. For further reference Mimics can be identified by the color of locking mechanism on the front of the chest. If the chest has a brown locking mechanism, then it's a Mimic. I would advise heading back to the transporter for now and save. Once you are ready head back down the path again and take the path to the right this time. You will need to jump up to reach the path. Follow the path down to the end and you will find two chests. The chest on the left side of the water contains a DREAMFLOWER ASH. The chest on the right side of the water contains another Mimic. Use the same tactics as before and take this guy out. You will be awarded with another Hunter Coin. Each and every Mimic you defeat will drop them. Afterwards head back to the teleporter and save. Take the path to the north as indicated on the mini-map. Up the path a bit you will find a chest requiring the Earth Key. Continue down the path and you will reach a dead-end, and a short scene. You can't do anything here yet, so head back to the teleporter and take the path to the west this time. Follow the path down until it splits. Continue heading west and you will reach a chest briefly that contains a MYRIAD BRANCH. Now head back and take the other route this time. Follow that path to reach another teleporter. Save, and head down towards the small hut. As you approach the door a small scene will play out. Afterwards you will receive the key item, the Power Glove. Inside the hut, there is a locked chest requiring the Star Key. Outside, there is a chest to the right and behind the hut containing HEAL POTION x2. Now make your way back to that dead-end with the giant statue. There will be a small scene and you will see a small circular icon with a ? on top. These are known as "Thinking Circles". Press X on top of it, and a small item menu will come up. Use the newly acquired Power Glove, and you will move the statue. Now that the path is clear make your way down it. You will now have the ability to participate in challenge battles. Each time you meet the conditions of a challenge battle you will be rewarded with a Hunter Coin. The condition types are; Win without taking damage Win under a certain time limit Win in under a certain time limit without healing or abilities Win alone using a specific character It's up to you whether you want to try and fulfill those condition, but ultimately it will be up to you. They appear randomly from time to time. I would strongly advise getting as many as you can get though. Also note that the lower the level you are in an area, the better the chance of a challenge battle appearing. Further ahead there are two chests containing a CUMULUS PENDANT, and RESURRECTION x3. Up ahead you run into another intersection as well as a transporter across the river. You can't do anything to the north fot now, so head back across the water. Down the path to the west, there is a chest containing a SILVER BANGLE, as well as a shopkeeper. Make sure to purchase some healing items, as well as the Rock Crusher for Jaster, the Pirate's Glaives for Kisala, and the Half-Moon Rising. Each of those weapons are a little stronger than ones you have already. Once you have everything continue heading down the path to the west. You will shortly come across a battle against some Gorra. These guys are just like the other ones, but you will receive the game's first Ancient Scroll for after defeating it. This can teach any one character the Burning Strike I ability. Now enemies will drop small blue orbs after defeating each enemy. As you pick them up a small gauge will fill up. Once there is a "5" on the top left hand side of the screen, you can press RI and Square at the same time to perform a 5 hit combo move. It does great damage to one enemy and will not deplete your action gauge. Down the path a little further is another chest containing a Mimic. Use your best attack, and take care of it in the same fashion as you did the other two. Follow the path some more and you will reach a chest on the left side containing a SPIRIT BELL. Now make your way to the end of the path to reach a transporter and another small hut. Save, and make your way to the cabin. After a short scene, you will receive a Bomb. Afterwards, check the side of the hut for a chest containing a QUEEN BEE STINGER. Now head back and cross the river and head past the transporter. You will soon come across a huge boulder. Use that newly acquired Bomb at the "Thinking Circle" to blow that rock to smithereens. Now that the path is open, continue forward. Up ahead the path narrows out, and there are no encounters in that area. There is a chest in the area up ahead containing some HEAL POTION x3. Now make your way down further to reach a 4-way intersection. For now, make your way down the path to the west on your map. You will find a chest immediately containing a TRI-HEAL. Follow this path the rest of the way and you will reach a dead-end and two chests containing a PIRATE's GROG, and a Mimic. Defeat it for another Hunter Coin and then make your way back to the intersection. Now make your way up the path to the north. Up the path a bit you will run into another chest containing a Mimic. Continue down the path a little further to find a chest containing a HELLPOT FLAME. Move up a little further, and you will encounter a small scene and be introduced to the Insectron mini- game. You will also receive the Insector Trap I and the Rearing Cage I, along with some Sanchez Fruit. Insectron will be covered at a later point. For now make you way down the rest of the path. After a short distance, you will reach the gates of Burkaqua Village. Unfortunately they don't take too kindly to strangers, and refuse you passage into the village. Well its time to make your way back down the path and back to the intersection. Take the last unexplored path to the east this time. Down the path a bit there is another transporter, so make sure you save. It would also be a good idea to see if there are any new revelations you can learn. Once you are ready head a little further down the path to encounter a scene and a boss battle. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BOSS BATTLE; Mud Whooper (Recommended level 14) HP 6,000 Elemetal Weakness; Fire, Ice Difficulty; Medium Drops; Rock Crusher, Heal Potion, 350 Zehn Experience; Depends solely on your current level, reserve characters earn 2/3 of the active party experience You will not be able to use Kisala for this battle, you will however have the use of an NPC instead. It is advised that you try and stay out of range of this boss because his lightning attacks are devastating. Chances are you will be using a lot of Resurrections and Heal Potions for the other two characters. So stand from a distance and fire off shots with Jaster's blaster. If he starts leping towards you make sure you block. If you want to get up close and personal while you blaster gauge is refilling, I would advise using the Flash Blade skill first to slightly increase damage output. Eventually it will fall and you emerge victorious. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Afterwards a small scene will occur and you will be given Toady, the Synthesis Frog. You can use the Synthesis Frog to combine two different weapon to make a totally new, more powerful type. Certain weapon combination will give you better results, while others will not be very effective. For now leave the Desert Seeker alone. You will also acquire the Ridge Crusher sword for Jaster. The command "Frog Log" will be added to your main menu. You can use this to check different weapon combinations as the game progresses. Take note that quite a few combinations will not show up here. Before making your way back to Burkaqua Village, there are three chests in this swamp area. The top right corner on your map is a chest which requires the Earth Key, the other two chests are close to the path. They contain some YAGO MILK, and DIVINE HEALING x2. Now save at the transporter and make your way to the village when you're ready. End of Chapter Two, The Jungle Planet.. ___________________________________________ / Chapter Three, The Star God's Altar \ -------------------------------------------------------------------------[0003] o-------------------------------o | Juraika, Burkaqua Village | o-------------------------------o o---------------------------------o After viewing the short scene at the | Treasure Chests Found (9) | entrance to the village, you will no be o---------------------------------o allowed entrance. Before heading to the |Dreamflower Ash | Chief's hut, your next objective, take your |Mellow Banana | time to search the small huts, up a couple |Juraikan Coffee Beans | of ladders and outside, for several chests |Wishing Star (Earth Key)(5) | containing DREAMFLOWER ASH, JURAIKAN COFFEE |Star Earrings | BEANS x3, a chest requiring the Earth Key, |Ancient Scroll I | a pair of STAR EARRINGS, RECHARGE DRINK x3, |Recharge Drink x3 | MELLOW BANANA, and final an ANCIENT |Earth Key | SCROLL I. Up the hill in the north side of |Heal Potion x3 | the village is a shopkeeper hut. There are o---------------------------------o quite a few nice things to buy. Omega Stars and Hyper Crystals can be fused with any weapon that is maxed with skill to add points to various elemental properties, depending on what number of points they are sitting at. It's best to avoid them for now, since they are not needed at this time and are rather expensive. Get what weapons and items you want and take the path to the north. Follow it until you reach the end for a chest containing HEAL POTION x3. Now head back to the village and make your way to the small hut with the large double doors. AS you approach the doos there will be a scene. Aferwards head bach into the Chief's hut and open the chest inside for the EARTH KEY. That's one of the three keys now. You can open the chest in the village requiring that key to obtain WISHING STARS. Head back to the area you fought the Mud Whooper for another Earth Key chest containing THUNDER STONE x2. And finally make your way due north from the Creekside teleporter to find the third Earth Key chest containing DYNAMITE HANDS. Once to have all those make your way back to the village. Head towards the house near the transporter and then head up to the door. After the scene it will be morning again and you will be free to move around freely. I would strongly suggest that you try synthesizing some better weapons right now. Always save before trying. Here's a hint; if you mix a Rock Crusher and a Ridge Crusher together it will create a Gaia Crusher, and the other weapons will disappear permenantly. There are hundreds of different to go with, this is just a start and to show you how it works. Once you are ready, make your way up to the western exit. There will be a short scene to follow. Once that is finished you are able to travel to your next destination. o--------------------------------o | Jurakai, Path to the Altar | o--------------------------------o o---------------------------------o Before heading down the path, make sure to | Treasure Chests Found (14) | check beside the entrance back to the o---------------------------------o village for a chest containing some |Medusa's Locks | MEDUSA's LOCKS. It would also be a good |Ancient Scroll I (Earth Key)(6) | idea to use those Star Earrings you got in |Magic Lipstick | the village and teach Jaster the Illusion |Heal Potion x3 | Sword Lv.1 ability. You will need a Diamond |Frozen Slasher | as well, so if you never got one from an |Hoho Bird Feather x4 | enemy drop, head back to the shop at Rhyzas |Mimic | Swamp and buy one there. Not only does this |Myriad Branch x2 | skill increase Jaster's attack, it also |Ruby | allows him to attack from a safe distance |Wanderer's Coat (Star Key)(4) | with his sword. The other added bonus is |Queen Bee Stinger x2 | that it adds the holy element to his |Jungle Coat | attacks, making it an effective Mimic |Snow Crest | killer move. |Magic Lipstick * | |Antidote x2 * | Continue up the path now and you will reach | | a T-junction. For now take the path leading |* - Available after chapter 5 | to the right on the map. Follow the path o---------------------------------o all the way as far it goes and you will a | Enemies found in area (11) | reach a teleporter. Save, and search to the o---------------------------------o right side of it for a chest containing an |Mutch (30) | ANCIENT SCROLL I, which requires the Earth |King Bee (35) | Key. Now continue up to the crashed |Blue Thunder (30) | ship and a scene will play out. Afterwards |Gorra (25) | you will receive the Broken Freeze Shot. |Moui (30) | You can't do anything with that just yet, |Maurya (20) | but there are four chests around the ship. |Stinger (30) | To the left side and towards the back are |Red Spider (30) | two chests containing HEAL POTION x3, and |Cactugus (30) | some MAGIC LIPSTICK. To the right side and |Shadow Wood (20) | to the back of the ship is a chest which |Muu Muu (20) | contains a FROZEN SLASHER. Now if you |Horrorwood (30) | check the northern tip of this area you can o---------------------------------o find a chest containing HOHO BIRD FEATHER x4. You may have to turn rotate your position to be able to see it. Once you have gathered the chests and such, make your way back to the intersection and take the other path this time. Follow the path for a short distance and there will be another intersection. For now make your way down the path to your the left. Follow the path alongside the river bank and you will come across a chest which contains a Mimic. Once you have beaten it, make your way down the path and you will eventually reach a transporter. Save, and make your way to the hut. Upon crossing the bridge a small scene will play out. You will now have acquired the Freeze Shot. Inside the hut there is a chest at the top of the ladder which requires the Star Key. Outside the hut there are two chests containing MYRIAD BRANCH x2, and a RUBY. Once you picked up both chests, make your way back to the intersection and proceed down the other path this time. Ahead you will find another teleporter, and a shopkeeper. Save and purchase any items you need. Don't waste too much money at the moment. If you insist on getting everything, then it would be a good idea to fight around for a bit with the local groups of enemies. You will need quite a bit of cash for after you complete your objective and such. To the left of the shopkeeper there is a lone chest containing a QUEEN BEE STINGER. From there you will need to swim across the water and head to the base of the huge waterfall. Remember that Freeze Shot you just acquired? Well now you need to use it at the "Thinking Circle". This will freeze the waterfall for you. Now in order to get to the top of the waterfall you will need to use that trusty old Monography Shot on the same circle. This will create a set of small platforms up to the top. Once you get up about 3/4 of the way there will be a chest to the right side which contains JUNGLE COAT. Be careful when jumping or you may have to make your way back up again. Once you reach the top, follow the water down and search the bank to the right for a chest containing a SNOW CREST, continue following the river until you see a path leading to your right. Up ahead there will be a small scene and Zegram will leave your group temporarily. Up the path a little further is another transporter, so make sure you save and cash in for any hunter points you may have earned up to this point. If you have any Revelation abilities, now would be a good time to learn them. Once you are ready continue down the path for a scene and a boss. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- BOSS BATTLE; Individer (Recommended level 16) HP 7,000 Elemental Weakness; Ice Difficulty; Medium Drops: Tri-Heal, Resurrection, 560 Zehn Experience; Depends solely on your current level, reserve characters earn 2/3 of the active party experience The first thing you should realize is that for now you will only have Kisala with you, which makes it a little more dangerous than if you had three with you. Start by equipping the Freeze Shot. You can't damage it unless it is frozen. Shoot it once to freeze it. Now that it's frozen, use that Illusion Sword Lv.1 technique you learn earlier. You may have to move the target by using the left or right directional buttons since there are mutiple worms as well. Just concentrate on the boss. The effects of the Freeze shot are only temporary so you will need to blast another shot at it if it wears off. After doing a bit of damage to it, you will be joined by Lilika for the remainder of the battle. Just use the same techniques as before, and heal when needed and the battle will be over shortly, and you will emerge victorious. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ** There are two chests in this large area as well, but you can't get them yet. After the battle, and a few small scenes Lilika will now join your party as a permenant character. End of Chapter Three, The Star God's Altar.. ______________________________________ / Chapter Four, The Great Escape \ -------------------------------------------------------------------------[0004] o--------------------------------------o | Zerard, The Great City of Zerard | o--------------------------------------o For the entire chapter, you will only be able to use Jaster, Simon, and Lilika o---------------------------------o Now that you have left Juraika, there will | Treasure Chests Found (21) | be a few scenes to follow. Once they are o---------------------------------o finished, you will now be on the main |Absolute Zero Stone x2 | street in the city of Zerard. While it |Spirit Bell | ultmately is your objective to renew your |Dreamflower Ash | travel visa at the Galaxy Corperation, |Silver Bangle | there are a few things you should do first. |Max Heal x2 | If you turn around and head down on your |Firestone x3 (Star Key)(5) | map, you can enter the Space Port. Inside |Divine Healing | this room, there are two chests. One of |Ruby x3 | them requires the Star Key, and the other |Lapis Lazuli | chest contains a DIVINE HEALING. Now head |Ranger Pod I | through the door to the south. There are a |Tri-Heal | total of five chests in this area. To the |Geo Hands | right of entering open the two chests for |Retro Boombox x3 | a SILVER BANGLE, and MAX HEAL x2. Head down |Ancient Scroll (Earth Key)(7) | the stairs and search to your left for |Hard Candy x2 | three more chests containing DREAMFLOWER |Ancient Scroll I (thief's trap) | ASH, a SPIRIT BELL, and ABSOLUTE ZERO STONE |Energy Charger | x2. Once you have collected all the chests |Flame God's Stone x2 | possible return to the main street.
