Version History ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 0.1 - January 14th, 2004 DONE! I hope this gets posted, it would be a nice birthday present for me (on January 16th). Fixed formatting also. pre-version - January 13th, 2004 Almost done. pre-version - January 12th, 2004 Continues work...stopped at chapter 15 pre-version - January 5th, 2004 Started work on this FAQ...stopped at Chapter 5. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. Copyright ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- This FAQ/Walkthrough is copyright Shark463/Dragon from the year 2004, all the way through the next 800 years. The only sites that are allowed to have my FAQ are GameFAQs and faqs.ign.com, because I already lost track on how many websites I put one of my FAQs on, some 10 or 15. I learned from that and now I'm not allowing any more sites to have my FAQs except faqs.ign.com. Thanks. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. New Stuff ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ever since the last game released, they added a few new moves to help liven up the experience. 1. The Caveman You remember in the last games when the only way you could link moves was through a manual? Well, not any more! With the caveman, it combines the option of walking and being able to link more tricks together. How you ask? Well, first you have to do a regular grind. Next when you go off the rail, press R1 + L1, and you will get off your skateboard. There will be a timer that looks like an alarm clock. That's how much more time you have until you have to grind again. The timer will NOT reset if you decide to do it a second time in the same combo, so you have to be fast. But this is still a very useful way of linking tricks if you are getting sick of the manuals. 2. Wall Plant This one can be done by jumping at a wall (or an obstacle, depending on what you are aiming for), then holding down Down + X to push off of it. You can also do some other moves going into a wall plant, such as a spin (using the R1 button), or a Boneless (Up + Up + X), and other things too. Use your imagination with this one! 3. Wall Push Somewhat similar to the Wall Plant, this one is a little easier to perform then the Wall Plant. Its simple, just go up to a wall or obstacle, just like you would a Wall Plant, then you hold Triangle to sorta push away from the wall. This is especially helpful when you are doing a manual. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4. Career Mode ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Well, now that we got all of that out of the way, and stats should be pretty good by now (if you did decide to raise your stats first. If not, it's fine, doesn't make much of a difference). Note, you can do the missions by either skating around and talking to random people with the red stars over their heads, or you can pause, go to View Goals, and choose a goal from there. I will give them to you in order of what they are in the View Goals menu. ============================================================================= Chapter 1: Hometown Hijinx ============================================================================= Help Eric From the start, jump over the wooden fence. Jump and then press R1 to hang onto the roof, then press Up to climb onto it. Walk forward to get piece 1. Do the same thing to the next house. If you accidentally fall short, jump onto the brick wall, then climb onto the roof, and you should be fine. Walk forward and get piece number 2. Next face to the left (press R2 to make the camera face that way if you have to.) Make a running jump onto the roof and collect piece number 3. Keep walking forward on the roof and the fourth piece will be on a halfpipe like area. Now Eric will give you a few challenges that you have to complete: 1. Jump off the board by pressing R1 + L1 and run to the flashing hurdles. Jumpover both of them to complete this challenge. 2. Now there is a rail in the middle of the road. Do a Caveman, by pressing R1 + L1, and then pressing triangle to grind the rail. Drop off the end to finish this challenge. 3. (SICK DIFFICULTY ONLY) Run towards the rail and press triangle to grind over it. Do a caveman and then jump over the lone hurdle, and then grinding again on the last rail to finish this challenge. Walk Charles Get behind the dog, and then do a skitch onto the dog by pressing Up. Keep balanced on him for 10 seconds to complete this challenge. Eric's Challenge Yes, Eric is doing another challenge. This time its in the sewage ditch area. 1. Do a melon on the pipe by pressing Left + Circle. 2. Do a melon, except after each one, you have to do a Revert, by pressing R2 right when you land. Do this four times to beat this challenge. 3. (SICK DIFFICULTY ONLY) Do another melon, except this time, you have to also do a Revert, and right after the Revert, press Up + Down or Down + Up to do a manual. 4. Eric is confident that his score can not be beat. It is up to you to beat his score. You and Eric will be both skating in a one minute area. You can not leave the sewage area. Do a few of the tricks you have learned, like the Melon, or grinds, and this should be pretty easy. Get in Tight with the Street Warriors Hey, cool, you get to drive a car in this mission. The main controls are X to accelerate, Square to Brake/Reverse, R1 for Handbrake, and Triangle to Ditch, though you don't want to leave the car here. At the start, go straight, and turn very slightly left onto the other road and hit the first cone. Take a right at the end of the road to hit the second cone. Take another right at the other road and hit the third cone. Go straight and hit the fourth cone. Go into the small alley next to the high school to get the fifth, sixth, and seventh cone. Turn right and turn right again into the right hand side of the divided to get the eigth cone. Take a right at the end for the ninth cone, then take a left into the alleyway for the tenth cone. Hit the eleventh cone at the top of the ramp, then take a left to hit the twelth cone. Go straight for the thirteenth cone, then make a U-turn. Take a right to hit the fourteenth cone. Go to the left side of the road and hit the fifteenth cone. Slow down and make a right into the grassy alleyway for the sixteenth cone. Go straight to hit the seventeenth cone. Take a left and hit the eighteenth cone. Then go straight and on the right side of the divider to hit the last cone. Flyer for Muska's Demo From the start, grind the divider to put up the first flyer. Grind the porch on the house on the right to put up number two. Now do an ollie into the green fists to put up the third flyer on the left side of the road. Do the same for the fourth one. Grind on the stone wall at the end of the road on the right side to put up the fifth one. Go back to the right side of the road and put up a sixth one. Go straight and just to the right of the sewage ditch is a rail with a flyer icon on it. Grind the rail to the seventh., then keep grinding it to the other side and get the eighth. Impress Muska After talking to Joey, follow the white van, presumedly a Cadillac Escelade. He will stop next to the pool in the playground. You have two minutes to get 10,000 points. Try to do as much as you can in the pool. After 25 seconds, he will move to the Hoods Halfpipe. Then with one minute left, he will move down to the sewer area, and stay there until the end. Special Goal A special goal is a goal that does not appear on the menu, and is only seen by a skater with an orange coin like thing above his head. Usually its a pro skater, but it can be anyone. There is one Special Goal per city. Talk to Mike Vallely who is skating around, usually near the high school. After talking to him, he will show you a new move called the Flamingo. Get your special bar all the way to the end so it is flashing different colors. Then do the Flamingo, by pressing Left + Right + Circle. You will earn a different trick slot. Every time you complete one of these Special Goals, you will earn a new trick slot. ============================================================================= Chapter 2: Impressing the Locals ============================================================================= Impress Shawn Shawn and his hoods want to see if you have cajones by doing some risky moves. 1. Ride up the quarter pipe, and press R1 + L1 while in the air and land on the roof. 2. Transfer between the houses. That means get yourself at an angle so you can land on a different halfpipe. No special buttons needed, just a good angle. 3. Do a spine transfer down to the ground again. Get some air off the quarter pipe, then press R2 to do a spine transfer to complete the challenge. This is a good time to do a sweet trick, since you will get lots of air. Demo the Playground Setup You have to get the required amount of points in the required amount of time. This is pretty easy, just get down into the bowl and get your special meter up to do some good tricks. Watch out for the power lines though, they can totally mess up vert tricks. Impress Joey He has three tests for you before he can put in a good word to Mr. Peralta. 1. Go up the quarterpipe in front of you and do a Spine Transfer (R2, remember?) onto the other side. 2. Do another Spine Transfer, except do a Kickflip (Left + Square) in the air. 3. Do all the tricks that he yells out on the right side of the screen. Do Chris' Best Lines 1. Do a grind on the rail in the middle of the road, then make a jump onto the fence. Jump left again and hit the other rail. Jump again and grind on the fence. At the end jump and grind the divider. Drop off to finish this one. 2. Grind the rail in front of you, then drop off. Ride to the next rail and grind it. Stay straight and grind the rail next to the sewage ditch. Keep this grind going to the end and then jump onto the next rail. Then jump to the riht and grind the next rail. Then make a jump and grind the porch to finish the challenge. Get the Stolen Items Back from the Dealers Run straight until you reach the pillar. Turn right and jump onto the roof. Follow the roof until you reach the awnings. Jump onto the awnings. Run straight until you reach a gap. Jump over the gap, then run to the end. Jump down toward the house in front of you. They will spot you. Run fast! Run straight until you reach the porch and get the items back. ============================================================================= Chapter 3: Getting outta Dodge ============================================================================= Get the Scrapmetal for the Tombstone Maker Skate back to where you first started the game (remember? you had to climb the roofs.) If not, Go straight down the road in front of you until you see a wooden fence. Turn right and you should see some glowing stuff in front of you. That's the scrapmetal. Climb onto the roof and get the first piece. Jump across to the second roof and get the second piece. Turn to the left and make a running jump to the other rooftop and get the third piece. Run forward and go into the halfpipe part of the roof to get the fourth piece. Turn to the left and you will see the next piece. Make a running jump onto the roff and grab the fifth piece. The sixth piece is across the street. Jump down onto the street and climb onto the roof and get the sixth piece. Now the fun starts! Skitch the car in front of you, and keep it balanced. Hold down the X so you can get a better jump. When you reach the divider, let go, and try to aim yourself onto the other side of the bridge. It may take a few tries before you can make it successfully. If you make it, you will have unlocked the other part of the city! Get Access to the Train Station He won't let you in the train station! We can't have that. Turn to the left and grind around the circle the required amount of times before the guard gets dizzy and falls down. Impress the Bratty Kid You have to get the required amount of points without touching the ground once. The ground on the median doesn't count, so use that to your advantage. Catch Ollie's House Do your part to help out a bum! Get his house back for him! Grind on the left side of the railtrack and keep grinding and you will get both pieces back for him. Rescue Eric! Uh oh! The dealers took Eric! We have to rescue him. Follow behind him on your skateboard. If you find yourself falling behind, try doing grind tricks to catch up. Follow them over the bridge, and on the right side of the divider. Take a right at the end, followed by a left. At the end of the road two of the Green cars will set up a roadblock to stop the dealers. They take a 180, and the guys will let you take their ride to get him back. He will take five rights in a row, going around the area once, before taking a left to go back to the other side of town. Get on the right side of the divider and go across the bridge. Go to the left of the roundabout and keep going straight, and now Eric is back with you! Now you and Eric take the train to...wait for it...MANHATTAN! Yup, now you get to skate around the Big Apple. There are tons more cars here, so watch your back. ============================================================================= Chapter 4: Skate the Big Apple ============================================================================= High Score You have to get the required amount of points in two minutes. Hold-Grind Combos All you need to do is grind the two benches. Just hold the Triangle button and you will skip the gap. Help the Student 1. Grind the rail on the right and jump off the slope onto the higher rail to get the first purse item. 2. (SICK DIFFICULTY ONLY) Ride along the left side of the road until you see a pillar. Use the quarterpipe to launch yourself high enough to do a lip trick to collect the item. 3. Once you get that item, go in the direction you were originally going. You should see the item in the air above a quarterpipe. Drop down into it and launch yourself high enough to grab it. 4. Stay down in this area and go straight to the Ticket office area. There is a small area of Yellowish and Red quarterpipes, with the fourth purse item in the air. Launch yourself high enough to grab it. 5. (SICK DIFFICULTY ONLY) Get back onto the road and head to the right. Keep going until you see a line of trash bins on the left side. Grind along the bins, and then use the slope to jump up to the fifth purse item. 6. (NORMAL AND SICK DIFFICULTY ONLY) After dropping down, take a left to see the next item on a grassy slope. Ride up the quarterpipe and press R1 + L1 to land on the slope, then run to the item 7. (NORMAL AND SICK DIFFICULTY ONLY) Standing on the slope, look at the street and you will see a quiarter pipe on the left side of a smaller street. Launch yourself off it and then grind the rail above you for the last item. Kill 5 Famous Skatespots These are the ways I got enough points to pass. 1. Pyramid Ledges Skate forward and do a grind on the construction bin. Jump, do a trick of some sort, like a flip, and continue grinding. Jump off the end of the next one and do a manual. If you have enough points, then skip the manual. 2. 78 Water Take a left at the start and do a grind on the edge of the pool. Keep doing variations of grinds and jump off when you get enough points. 3. The Waterfront Skate to the right and grind the rope on the right side. Jump the gap and grind the second area. Jump slightly to the left and grind on the banners also. Jump off and do a manual, and grind some other places also. If you have enough points, forget the manual. 4. The Veterans Mermorial Grind either side of the marble, switch over while doing a flip trick, and at the end, do a manual, and then do a liptrick at the end of the bowl. 5. The Brooklyn Banks Skate a little to the right and then grind the benches. Jump and grind the second set of benches. Then do a manual until you reach the quarterpipe. You should be going fast enough to do a trick, if not, just do a lip trick until you get enough points. Nut Vendors Unite! Drive straight down the road, and stay around the left side of it. At the ticket box area, go onto the left sidewalk and run over the first vendor. Take a right and go up that road. Go down the ramp on the left side of the road and into the vendor. Make a U-turn and go back up the ramp. Take a left and go up the brick ramp area. Follow it to hit the next vendor. Keep going through there until you reach the road. Take a right and run into the vendor at the other side of the road (If you have it on Too Easy or Beginner level, it ends here.) Make a U-Turn and go down the road and run over the fifth vendor on the left side of the road. Take a left when you reach the next road. Near the end, take a right into the alleyway, which has the sixth vendor. Take a left once you exit the alley, and then run over the next vendor located on the other side of the road. (If you have it on Normal Difficulty, it ends here.) Make another U-Turn, and drive down the road until you see the next vendor. Run into it, then keep going straight and the ninth should be on the corner on the left. Follow the corner and stay around the left sideway to reach the last vendor. Special Goal The host of your special goal in Manhattan is...Chad Muska! He will tell you to do a Moonwalk 5-0 grind across the waterfront by pressing Down + Left + Triangle. Get your special bar to full, and then air yourself for the corner facing the grind area, hold up, and then press the required buttons to land it. You have to stay on the wire the whole time though, which is about 10 seconds I would estimate. ============================================================================= Chapter 5: Skating with the Locals ============================================================================= Film the Local Just stay behind the skater while he does his tricks. If you fall don't worry, just use some stuff like grind tricks to catch up with him if needed. But chances are that won't be needed. Hit the Killer Banks Line Go slightly to the right and grind the two sets of cars. Just hold triangle so it will skip the gap and take you to the second set. Land in a manual and jump up to the curved ledge and grind it. Jump the gap if you can, if not, just do a manual, then jump and grind the second curved ledge. Land in a manual and grind the two benches. Then keep manualing until you reach the quarterpipe and it should be completed. Crash and Burn the Car You have to make the car catch fire, and then ditch it in the river before it explodes. Try to stay around the area of the ramp and hitting things and just sliding around holding the gas. When it catches fire, go up the glowing ramp and into the water. It doesn't matter if you go in the water, you will be spawned back onto land with a pass. Help the Local Skater Head straight, and then take a left toward the first nut vendor. Pick up the nuts by running right next to the stand, and then turn around, and deliver them to the guard standing not that far away from you. Keep going in that direction, then take your first right. Go straight until you notice the green symbol showing the nut vendor on the left side of the road. Get the nuts, and then turn back around. Get on the left side of the road until you see the guard standing by the building. Turn around again, and take a right at the next road you see, followed by a left at the construction area. The nut vendor is at the end of the road at the opposite side of the street. Get the nuts, and then turn around, and retrace your steps. Follow the building around, staying next to the street, until you see the third guard on the left. Now you will be inside the building. Another local skater challenges you to make a new move called the Nut Buster (Left + Down + Circle). Depending on difficulty, you will either have to do the trick out of the window (Sick difficulty only) or just somewhere inside the building (Other difficulties) Gap the Burning Taxi Do the tricks shown on the right side of the screen over the burning taxi within 90 seconds. I recommend doing it on the right side of the road jumping to the left, since the tricks are pretty hard to do, and that way, you have some more air time to do the trick. ============================================================================= Chapter 6: Favors for a Ride ============================================================================= Help Stacy's Relative All you have to do here is score the required amount of points within two minutes. Old School Skating Techniques 1. Do a No Comply (Up + X) five times. 2. Skate forward, then do a No Comply over the glowing barrier. 3. (NORMAL AND SICK DIFFICULTY ONLY) Do a No Comply into a manual on the bench, then do any flip trick (any direction + square) at the end of it 4. Do a Boneless (Up + Up + X) five times. 5. Skate forward and do a Boneless over the glowing barrier. 6. Skate to the quarterpipe and do a Boneless to get more air. Find the Stolen Skateshop Goods There are a certain amount of skaters that have stolen skateshop goods. You have to find them all in five minutes! They will be shown as having skulls above their heads. There is no certain place that they will be, but I have noticed that some usually appear in front of the level next to the water. Ok, thats done. Now, we are off to the next city....TAMPA, FLORIDA! Now you will get a chance to enter the tournament to show your stuff...or will you... ============================================================================= Chapter 7: With Syrup or Jelly ============================================================================= Remove all of the Stickers 1. From the start, jump up the ramp in front of you and land on the rail. Jump toward the right at the end of the building and wallride (Triangle when you reach a wall at an angle) to get the first sticker (on Easy and Normal difficulties, you only have to wallride when you go up the ramp. 2. After you land, go toward the left and go to the other side of the street. Launch off the ramp next to the building, and wall ride it. Then jump up again and grind the sign. Jump left off the end of the sign and wallride to get the second sticker (on Easy and Normal, all you have to do is launch off the ramp and wallride the sticker) 3. Follow the road through two 90 degree left turns, then take a left into the alleyway. Look on the dry cleaners building to see the sticker. Do a wallride to get it off. 4. Get back onto the road the way you were going, and when you reach the T- intersection, go left into the park. In the alleyway on the other side, you should see the fourth sticker on the wall. 5. Go through the alleyway and take a left. When you reach the purple building at the corner, go back behind it to see some trash bins that look like quarterpipes. Go up the right quarterpipe, and grind toward the left. Jump the gap, then right at the end, wallride to get the last sticker. (on Easy and Normal, the stickers are just on the wall to the left of the purple building.) Get the Best Donuts These vary depending on your difficulty level, so I will seperate them. Easy and Beginner: Go straight and grind the dumpsters to get three donuts. Keep going straight and grind the planter to get the next donut. Jump the gap and hold your grind to the end to get six more donuts. Jump again and make another grind to get the last two donuts. Normal: Go up the quarterpipe on the left to get the first donut, and grind toward the right on the rail above you. Jump off the rail and do a grind on the sloped board to get the second donut. Go up the halfpipe beside you and get the next donut. Grind on top of the halfpipe to recieve the fourth donut. Go outside the park for your next donut. Go to the other side of the road and you will find the next donut which is on the left side of the building. Grind the road barrier to get the seventh donut. Keep going forward to see a quarterpipe next to the small building. Go up the ramp and grind toward the left for the next donut. At the end of the building, jump off, and then grind the bench for the ninth donut. Go forward and grind the next bench for the tenth donut. Go down the grass slope, and do a Spine Transfer (R2) over the building roof for the next donut. Now ride up the quarterpipe at the other side of the shop for the last donut. Sick: Go up the quarterpipe on the left to get the first donut, and grind toward the right on the rail above you. Jump off the rail and do a grind on the sloped board to get the second donut. Go up the halfpipe beside you and get the next donut. Go off the halfpipe on the right side of it, and go up the quarterpipe to get the fourth donut, then quickly do a Spine Transfer for the fifth one. Do a hip transfer off the right side of the quarterpipe and get the sixth donut. Do another Spine Transfer outside the park for another donut. Turn to the right and jump over the wall for the next donut. Go to the other side of the road, and jump onto the rail and get the ninth donut. Go up the slope, and then grind it onto the planter thing for the tenth donut. Use the quarterpipe toget yourself in the air for the next donut. After landing take a left and do a wallride for the last donut. The Skateboarding Bandit Like the last one, it varies, so I will seperate them once again. Easy: Jump and grind the right rail to get the first two bills. Drop off and hold the grind button, and you will grind again and get the next two. Again, you will drop down and grind and get the last two bills. Normal: Jump and grind the right rail to get the first two bills. Drop off and hold the grind button, and you will grind again and get the next two. Again, you will drop down and grind and get the next two bills. Jump off the bench and get the seventh bill in front of the purple building. Sick: Jump and grind the right rail to get the first two bills. Jump off and then grind the wire to get the third, fourth and fifth bills. Drop off at the end, then go to the other side of the road and grind the fence to get the next bill. Jump off at the end of the fence, and then grind the two rails for the next four bills. Drop off the end and then grind the stands for two more bills. Go to the quarterpipe and get the next bill. Finally, jump up from the quarterpipe and grind the roof to get the final bill. Help the Private Eye 1. Go straight, and keep following the road, until after two 90 degree turns and you see the purple building on the right. Take a left into the grassy area, and you will see the old car in the grassy area. Grind the car five times to finish the goal. 2. Do the required trick on the two ramps at the purple building to distract the cheater of taxes. 3. Follow the road until you see the yellow thing. Grind that area to the right and get the ties. Pull out of there and head toward the bridge. Grind up the rail and go to the woman in front of the door. Go back down the road and take a right. Go to the guy at the front door of the Kumon Inn. Go to the left and stay straight, and give it to the guy at the purple building on the right side of the road. Take a left and keep going straight, past the road, and past the skaters to the last person near the fence. Revenge!!! At the start, go to the right and go up the quarterpipe toward the left, and grind the wire to destroy the first sign. Get off the grind and take a left. Go up the gray ramp like thing on the right side of the road, and do a grind on top of the sign to destroy it. Land back on the ground, and go to the left back where you caught the cheater. Grind the third sign to destroy it. Take a left and go up the road. At the 90 degree turn, take a left and grind the sign on the right side of the road. Keep going straight, and at the next turn, grind the last sign there. Uh oh, the cops are after you now! It doesn't help that Eric borrowed a police car either. Get away from the cops! Just follow the green arrows on the road and you should be fine. After making two laps around the city, go down and pull up into the Wakeboard shop to finish. Special Goal So, who is hosting the Special Goal for Tampa? None other then...Eric Koston! WOOO! Anyway, there are two parts to this one, both specializing in doing the Yeah Right Manual (Down + Left + Triangle). First, get a special bar (I do this by doing down to the wakeboard shop and doing tricks there) then head back and starting from where Eric K. is, do the Yeah Right Manual all the way down to the bowl. Next, you have to skitch the white Ford in front of you. Wait until you get a full special before you let go of it, then do the Yeah Right Manual through the cones. ============================================================================= Chapter 8: Grease the Pros ============================================================================= Party Boat Skate-Tricks Do the tricks posted on the right side of the screen within one minute. Wallplant Combo When you start, do a wallplant on the drawbridge, and then land in a manual. Go through the three sets of cones (on easy, it ends after the first set, on normal, it ends after three). Keep going down and then take a left at the end of the road and go through the next three sets of cones to finish the level. Beat Andrew's Best Combos You have three places where you have to beat Andrews best combo. Beat them to pass the challenge. Bowl Grind Easy and Normal: Grind the right side to get the two sets of bottles to complete the goal. Sick: Grind the right side to get the first set of bottles. Go a little more, then jump over to the ledge and get the next three sets of bottles. Jump back onto the bowl and grind up to the last set of bottles to complete. Prove Yourself 1. Do a 360 in the air. 2. Do a 360 (540 on normal, 720 on sick) in the air, then do a Revert (R2). I suggest doing it at a ramp outside, as they are bigger. 3. (SICK DIFFICULTY ONLY) Do a 720 spin in the air, then revert to a manual. Impress Tony Hawk Do all the tricks that Eric yells out (as seen on the right side of the screen) before the time runs out. Tony will be impressed, but before you can hang with him, you have to beat his score. Try some of the new moves you have learned, or stick with the old reliable ones if you wish. ============================================================================= Chapter 9: Kill the Comp ============================================================================= Looks like Tony Hawk pulled through for you! He got you in the Tampa Am! Place in Street Contest You have three rounds to get the best score you can on the street course. Best two scores count. You do not have to finish first to pass this, so just worry about staying consistent. Place in Vert Contest You have three rounds to get the best score you can on the vert course. Best two scores count. You do not have to finish first to pass this, so just worry about staying consistent. Get onto the Roof of Spot Jump up onto the roof in front of you, then jump over onto the roof over the Tampa Am sign. Climb the ladder and Afro Jim gives you a challenge. You have to get a certain amount of points without leaving the roof. It is ok to grind the wire to the other roof though, so take advantage of that! Win Best Trick Contest You have two minutes to get the best score that you can. Every 30 seconds, the person with the lowest score gets eliminated. When there are two left (almost always you and Eric) you have to get the higher score to win the competition. ============================================================================= Chapter 10: Join a Team ============================================================================= You are now an AM Skater! WOOHOO! But now all the teams are after you. Namely, Birdhouse, Element, Flip, Girl, and Zero. Watch their videos, and make your decision as to which you want to join. You will unlock their stuff in the Skateshop. When you get done, its off to the next city, SAN DIEGO! ============================================================================= Chapter 11: Prove Yourself Worthy ============================================================================= Ride the Big Stairs You will have to do tricks over a staircase to your left. First you have to do a Heelflip (Right + Square). Next a Double Kickflip (Left + Square + Square). Next a Double Impossible (Up + Square + Square). Finally a 360 Flip (Left and Down + Square + Square) Daredevil High Line Easy: Go straight, and then grind the rail to your left. Keep grinding it to get all seven boxes. Normal: Grind the rail on your left to get the first three boxes. Jump down to the path at the end of the ledge and go around both of the corners to get to the other side. Grind the next ledge to get the rest of the seven boxes. Sick: Grind the rail on your left to get the first three boxes. Jump down to the path at the end of the ledge and go around both of the corners to get to the other side. Grind the next ledge to get the next seven boxes.
