Also note that A+B+Select+Start is a soft reset combination. ---------------- Playing the Game ---------------- This game is pretty much a point-grabbing game; there is no end to it by my knowledge, so I haven't put a walkthrough. There is also the fact that the lobby portion of the game has some problems concerning that it is impossible to go forward at some points because of bad programming. Anyways, this is a basic platformer. You can find a few enemies in this game. Some are bugs or soap bubbles - you can dodge them, or swat them with your tail to earn points. Getting hit by these takes away one unit of health. You have one unit to start with, get two invisible by grabbing the six-dot items, and can have up to nine in storage. There other things that attack you, but are more inanimate, so to speak. You can be crushed by various things, including blocks and, supposedly, human feet. Being crushed is an instant death. There are mouse traps in the game, which you can pre-trigger with your tail to get by safely. Most have an extra life behind them. Some other traps are more circular and must be avoided. There are also motion-triggered traps, which can be spotted by a blue light on the floor. Go underneath it to trigger, for example, a falling weight or a flame. If these hurt you, or, in the case of hanging traps, you go above it, you will lose a life (Maxie). Falling in pits also kills you, as does water. Falling a long distance will also kill you, unless you hang onto a pipe. There are nets you can climb, which have a diagonally-criss-crossing pattern. You can climb up or down, except where holes are. There is an elevator at places in the levels that you can use to go between the various levels of the game. There are also two kinds of pickups. One with six dots, which allows you to gain a point of health, and also increases the length of your tail the first two times. Then there is cheese, which will end up giving you another life.
