Stage select menu
In the options screen, move towards the sound test area (and be careful not to change the default controller scheme). 
Enter the following list of numbers, and press the C button after setting each one: 009, 019, 010, 024, 011, 013, 006, 
027, 006, 088, 003, 030 If done correctly, a sound effect says "Yes!" During gameplay (or in the options menu), hold 
the A button and then press Start to open the stage select menu.
