Unlock the alternate outfits.
To unlock a Wrestler's alternate outfit, choose either the "Exhibition" mode (the second option from the mode selection screen) or the "Team Battle" mode (the third option from the mode selection screen). Now, at the character selection screen , hover your cursor over any Wrestler and hold "Select" and press "B". You can also use this code to change the attire of your opponent as well. *Special note: this code cannot be used when both the 1st and 2nd player are using the same Wrestler.*
