To get the Challenge Star: Just beat any stage with out losing a life. 
 
Bonus Time: Get your weapon to MAX then pick up the same color again to start it. 
 
Score Multiple: Get Bonus Time, and kill the enemies to raise the multiple from x2 to x16.
