Why Joe and Mac 2? I'm glad you asked! (you DID ask right?!) Well, you see, a LONG time ago, the good people at GAMEFAQS.COM started a project known as the NES COMPLETION PROJECT. It's goal: to make sure a guide was written for EVERY NES GAME that was made. That project is still ongoing to this day, BUT every NORTH AMERICAN game has already been covered! It, however, inspired a SNES COMPLETION PROJECT, which *I* think is the next natural step forwards. Want to help? These older games AREN'T that hard to write for! You can find the gamefaqs topic about it here: o http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/2000094-faq-contributors-general/60384415 You can find the webpage that was made for it here: o http://snescp.comlu.com/main.html Anyway, enjoy the guide. Below is the rest of the stuff I put in all my guides, so feel free to shoot me an email or whatnot! ========== FOLLOW ME! ========== Want to talk about some games!? Maybe throw out some ideas for what YOU want to see me write about next? I made a facebook account for just that reason! You can 'Like' me at: ==================== Facebook.com/Bkstunt ==================== I also have a website you can visit to see what other guides I've written, as well as see upcoming projects. I've also written a TON of reviews that will go up there (You want to play GOOD games, right?!). =========== Bkstunt.com =========== So between those two sites, come on over and say 'Hi!' sometime. ========= Donations ========= First of all, let me say that my primary motivation for writing guides is, and always will be, for the gamer. However, as I've learned by writing just a few guides on new games, it can hit your pocket book! I wish they'd give me these games so I could crank out great guides, but they don't! Ah, maybe one day! Until then, if you've found this guide helpful please consider donating to help me offset my costs. You can donate to my paypal account below: ======= PAYPAL: ======= Paypal ID: Gregorio31 @ Gmail . Com Hey, it's WAY better than paying $20 for a guide, right? Even the smallest amount will be appreciated. ======= AMAZON: ======= ALTERNATELY, if you shop at Amazon.com (who doesn't?!) you can ALSO help me out by shopping through me! It doesn't cost you a SINGLE CENT either, which is kick-ass. All you do is visit my webpage's donation page below: ========================== Bkstunt.com/donations.html ========================== Once you are there, you can click on the AMAZON link at the top and shop as normal. 4% of what you buy will then be sent to me. Please be sure to send me an email so I can thank you personally as well! Or just send me an email to say "Thanks!" Every one of those I read makes my day! ~ Bk Onto the table of contents, and don't forget to have fun! ============================================================================== Controls ==================================================================[JM2-CON]=== Here are the controls to the game. They're really simple, to be quite honest, but here they are anyways. Thanks to my buddy Aardwolf Zy for the controller artwork (I'm a sucker for good artwork). | | | | _.————————————._ | | _.————————————._ _.—¯—————— L ———————¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯——————— R ——————¯—._ .' __.———.__ '. .' A: Jump B: Jump X: Attack Y: Attack L: Dash R: Dash ============================================================================== Game Basics & Tips ==================================================================[JM2-GBT]=== o This game can be played with 2 players! Grab a buddy and have fun! o You can go to the OPTIONS setting before a game to set-up your control scheme if you wish. o Be sure to pick up health items whenever you can! Lots of health items allow you to attack differently! For example, eating some fruit lets you spit seeds! o Try to stay on your animals as far as you can. You can use them as a free hit if you have to! o You have the ability to buy flowers for a girl in this game to try and get a wife. You can expand your house as well! I didn't mess with either of these things. I tried the flowers, but it seems to fail (maybe its random?). You can play with them if you wish. ============================================================================== Walkthrough ============================================================================== The game starts out with what I'm guessing is a rival tribe sneaking into you village and stealing your precious crown! After this, the village elder will state that Gork stole it and will ask you to bring it back! You'll be outside the hut now. You can hit the gong here to go back in where the elder will tell you to head to Tiki Village. The other huts here have some gongs, but none of them do anything. You can also only exit out the right portion of the screen, so go for it! ============================================================================== Kali Kali Valley ====================================================================[JM2-1]=== ================ Kali Kali Valley ================ Ok, time for action! Head right and club the small dino's. You can eat a piece of fruit here and spit seeds if you wish (be sure to if you get hurt). Now take on the flying dinos (I'm too lazy to look up how to spell their names right now). One of them lets you eat some meat and spit bones! Ha, cool! Keep heading right, taking out the nautili/snail things. There's a caveman up ahead that takes around 5 hits to fall! Hit him with the rest of your bones and club him good. He drops a wheel. Keep going and soon you'll see a pulley system past three small dinos. Use it to jump to the right vine and climb up. At the top you can go left to find some meat if you wish, but then continue right. You'll come to a rope bridge, but before going on it STOP and look at it. Notice that some of the logs shake? Yea, they can hurt you. Get between the shaky ones and spit the rest of your bones at the caveman on the bridge. He'll drop a club that you can pick up that upgrades your own club! Head right and drop, as there are four stone wheels down here you can pick up, then climb back up and continue to the right past the pulley. Continue on and beat up the caveman. The statue here will light up as you pass it. Past that is another rope leading down and a cliff to the right. Unless you want to beat up a bunch of cavemen, jump to the cliff. You'll find meat here. Now jump to the pulley past that and you'll find a skull key. Grab it and drop down. On the right is a skull door, which you can now open up. Open it up and continue. ========== Taka Hills ========== Here, head right and you'll see a bridge. This bridge has TWO shaky logs on it so be careful. Past that is a vine going down and then four holes with a worm traveling through them. You can hit the worm to stop it, and then you can even jump on the worm (for the four wheels here). Head right when you're done. Climb the vines you find up ahead and you'll soon find a cart. Now THIS part involves riding the cart and collecting stone wheels! Be careful for the two open holes you'll find (prioritize being ALIVE over stone wheels). When you reach the bridge, don't be too eager for the wheels as the snails here have SPIKES and touching them will KILL you. After the bridge the cart will break up leaving you on your feet. Take the vine downwards eating the meat if you need it. You'll reach a river. Jump in and walk to the left. Down here fish will try to rush you, but your club's wave attack should stop them. Be careful of the caveman archers as you head left. At the end climb up the vine and you'll see another worm. Use it to collect the wheels and continue left. Kill the caveman and continue. The vine here leads to another river section that is MUCH harder then the other one: there are PIRANA'S here that will JUMP OUT at you. You can see them in the water, but even then its hard not to take a hit. Further up is a vine (and even further some stone wheels). Climb up the vine and eat the pepper then head left. Soon you'll be in yet another river portion taking on cavemen (there's about three of them). Take them out and jump onto the geyser. =========== Stegasaurus =========== You'll find yourself riding on a stegasaurus now. It's daytime when you start and enemies will start approaching you. Insects will fly in a wave pattern, snails will roll in from the right, and cavemen will jump in every now and again. You'll have to fight until it turns to night, so stay to the left and take out the enemies as fast as you can. As soon as it turns to night walk off the stegasaurus to the right. As you leave, a caveman will smack the stegasaurus and run. Time for you to run too! Keep on running and avoid the rock pillars in the pits. There's occasionally an enemy (insect) that appears, so don't run TOO close to the right edge of the screen. You'll see a bunch of meat before long (as well as a club upgrade, be SURE to grab that), so quickly heal up and keep running. Soon you'll run out of room and have to face the boss: ================= Boss: Stegasaurus ================= Being the first boss, he isn't TOO hard. In fact, he's downright WAY TOO EASY if you have the upgraded club. You can literally stand at the right patch of land and hit him with it, so do so to take him out. After the first boss, you'll automatically recieve the .:[RED RAINBOW STONE]:.. Your character will also automatically reach The Tiki Village. ============================================================================== Tiki Village ====================================================================[JM2-2]=== Ah, a village. Here you can retrieve passwords from the first shop here. The second shop offers items if you wish. Item Shop --------- - Jumbo Meat 20 - Meat 10 - Flowers 30 - Remodeling 50 - Melon 30 Grab something if you wish (The "Remodeling" remodels your house, by the way) but be SURE to talk to the old man past him for the .:[ORANGE RAINBOW STONE]:. which we NEED. FIVE more to go! The other two gents will either offer you a ride back home (don't worry, you can get back HERE easily) or let you look at certain places through a telescope. Exit to the world map on the right now. As you can see, we can freely pick where to go to next. There's a LEVEL DOOR to the south, but we can't do anything here yet. All of the other doors that you can reach (there's four of them) can be done in any order, so feel free to do them in whatever order you want. You can always just use the guide to find the section i'm covering anyway. I'll just do them how I want. Here we go! ============================================================================== The Deep Tropics ====================================================================[JM2-3]=== The first stage we'll do is The Deep Tropics. It's to the right of Tiki Village. Head on in! ================ The Deep Tropics ================ Head right across the tree tops. You'll have to ride a log upwards soon, so head up and take out the cavemen higher up. Note that leaves will fall down from the canopy, some of which have SPIDERS on them that can HURT you. Keep going to find some more logs moving on vines, but these logs have spikes underneath them. You do NOT want to get stuck on the floor. Past that though is a treat: your very own pterodactyl! Jump on him and take off! You have ranged fire and can continuously jump. Be careful of getting hit though, as one hit will knock you off of him. The pit below has several cavemen and snails in it, so unless you want wheels just fly over it. Past that is a pit with spikes and then some more cavemen. Further on is a vine with what looks like a green pot on it: this is actually a fly-trap and it WILL hurt you. You can stand on it for a split second. The pit here has baddies, but to the right is the exit to this section. ======================= Trouble in the Treetops ======================= Well, this isn't too hard of an area. Climb up and start traversing the branch limbs here. Note that fruit often drops behind the leaves, so eat up if you want to. There are a LOT of vines hanging down, but none of them lead anywhere exept the spike-filled bottom of this area, so keep heading right and soon you'll find yet another pterodactyl that we can ride! Jump on and go! Use the beast to stay up near the canopy, as there really isn't anything for us below. Between this tree and the next are a bunch of small bugs in your way. Past that you'll find diving pterodactyl's that you can trick into diving (they die when they dive) and past that are more cavemen. Then you'll FINALLY reach the exit to this section. You'd think that they'd hide stuff past the vines heading downwards, but nope! ================ The Windy Valley ================ Head into this area and jump the spike pit. Eat the big meat and soon you'll get a warning: Duck! (to paraphrase). Basically what's going to happen is that a GIANT PTERODACTYL is going to swoop in. When it does, the screen shakes, and if you aren't ducking you will be sent flying upwards. If you are, you'll just remain where you were. Well, not quite, see the screen will slowly advance forwards on its own, so you'll go along for the ride. For the FIRST swoop, I suggest you remain STANDING. The spike pit is a little too big to jump, plus as you fall you can hit the basket to keep going. Now you'll face 4-5 more swoops after that, all while you need to jump spike pits and battle cavemen. It isn't hard, just kill the cavemen as fast as you can and don't stay on a small chunk of land. At the end you'll get some meat to eat and the screen will stop scrolling. There will be a spike pit surrounded by land with a bucket floating between them. Oh yea, and it's boss time. ======================= Boss: GIANT PTERODACTYL ======================= This boss isn't too hard. First of all, he will spend three turns either swooping down across the screen or traversing it in a wave-pattern. What YOU want to do is stand on the floating platform. His swoops will miss entirely but if he does the wave-pattern, smack him as soon as you can to take off a chunk of life. After his swooping, he'll come in from either side of the screen with some rocks in each claw. Jump up and smack him. Now just rinse and repeat for a rather easy win! After defeating the beast, you'll automatically recieve the .:[YELLOW RAINBOW STONE]:.. Your character will also exit to the world map. ============================================================================== The Snowy Rockies ====================================================================[JM2-4]=== Time to go to our next area. This time, I'm picking the stage to the far north, so come along! ================= The Snowy Rockies ================= Ah, what a cold area! If you let Joe (or Mac) stay still too long they'll shiver! Ha! This first area is a bit treacherous: small reptiles will jump OUT of the ground and arch towards you, so be ready to smack them. Head to the right and you'll reach an area where avalanches repeatedly fall down. You'll have to hold onto the rope in this area when they do, but there's also a LOT of stone wheels to get here. Aim for the ones with "10" on them but don't give in to the avalance! Head in further and you'll fall through the snow. Now head right and eat the meat. In this area there are... um, snail things (oysters?) that shoot pearls at you, as well as cavemen. However, the most notorious enemy here is the spiked ceiling. Stone columns will rise up and try to make you hit it too, so advance carefully. The stone columns come closer near the end. At the end, you'll be forced to ride one up back onto the snow. Up here you can use the platforms to find a skull door, but the key's been stolen. The jumping reptiles to the right have it, so just kill them and one of them will drop the key. Take it and open the door to continue. ========= Icy River ========= The most important thing here is to GRAB THE CLUB UPGRADE near the start of this section. It'll let you fire off TWO waves off of your club. Now this river is iced over of course, and you'll slide naturally, so be careful. The cavemen here will jump at you and further in there are snails with spikes on them that you just have to avoid. Keep on going to climb up to some dirt with a continue point and some fruit. Further on you'll find some small bugs that jump at you. They'll then jump back and forth in archs. You can't kill them, but you can hit them away which is what you should do. Here you'll have a rope leading down to a spike pit, but what you want to do is jump the gap (you can do it). Carry on to find a series of bugs and cavemen, making for a challenging path. I like to duck while battling these enemies. Past that is another short river section with those log sections that have spikes on them. This one is absolutely infested with spiked bouncing snails and a few cavemen as well, so I suggest getting down there, grabbing the food, hitting the cavemen ONCE and sprinting past them to the rope leading out of here. The door on the right leads to the next area! ============== The White Maze ============== Well, this isn't much of a maze... this area is actually really short. Right away the jumping reptiles will make a comeback! Smack them back and steadily walk into this area (swing your air-wave club the entire time). Cavemen may jump down from above, but if you steadily advance they'll miss you. After the short bridge you'll fall down onto another icy river area. Down here SOMETHING will break holes in the ice and shoot ice at you. Yikes! The screen will automatically advance too. Stay near the right and duck so the ice has NO chance of hitting you. Pretty soon you'll get some meat and BAM, boss time! ===================== Boss: ICY STEGASAURUS ===================== This boss is a bit harder than most, but thanks to the meat before meeting the boss you should have full health. He'll break open the ice in the background and step out. You can hurt him now, but he'll spit ice at you like he did before. This boss randomly picks one of two attacks: either he bombards you with ice like he did before, or he shoots an ice bolt lower, down below at you. When he flares his nostrils he'll do the small ice chunks, otherwise get ready to jump. He'll speed up as you go, but now that you know his game it should be a lot easier. After defeating the beast, you'll automatically recieve the .:[GREEN RAINBOW STONE]:.. Your character will also exit to the world map. ============================================================================== Murky Swampland ====================================================================[JM2-5]=== Time to go to our next area. This time, I'm picking the stage right below the second stage that we tackled. The Murky Swampland! =============== Murky Swampland =============== This area is PRETTY murky, to be sure! This first part has a bunch of bugs in it that like to hide behind the trees, so be careful. Past that you'll find a small tricerotops (or something like that) that you can ride! Cool! He can spit fire too (notice that he's none too happy that you're riding him!). Continue on and up the slope. Kill the cavemen on the left and GRAB THE CLUB UPGRADE. Now head to the right. There's a north platform path up here and a path down below. The only real thing to take note of is the LAST stone structure you'll want to climb up as it has a SKULL KEY at the top. Note that there are more VENUS FLY TRAPS on the way up so jump on them quickly to nab the key so you can continue. ================= Tunnel of Horrors ================= Well, THIS place doesn't sound good... It's not too horrorful though. The vine leads down to a river that moves you forward. The trick here is to stand still in the river and swing your club.. a lot! The wave attack will keep you safe, but stay on guard for the occasional leaping caveman. You'll come across a SECOND CLUB UPGRADE before long so be sure to grab it. Next you'll find a water-dino that you can ride! This guy spits water out, but is otherwise pretty unremarkable. Do the same strategy as before, as it still works out pretty good, but there's way more cavemen up ahead. Treat the dino as a free hit and get to the end to find some meat and enter the door on the right to continue. =============== Obstacles Ahead =============== This area is probably one of the easiest we've been to: the only thing here is a bunch of spiked snails that bounce up and down, so time walking under them and you'll be ok. You'll reach a long bridge soon with some meat and a continue statue, which can only mean one thing: ================ Boss: Water Dino ================ This guy is pretty fun to fight... funner then the other bosses anyways. My wife actually knew the name of this dino, but since neither of us can spell it you just get "water dino". Anyway, he'll raise his head up and spit a water ball at you. Hit him as he raises his head, then avoid the water spit, then try and hit him again on his way down. In between showing his head you'll have some attacks to avoid. The first of these is where he raises his fins up on either side and charges at you. Easy to jump over. Next he'll raise his tail up and move it across maybe 1/4th of the screen, which is hardly worth mentioning. Lastly he'll make water balls come out of the water and drop back down. This is his best attack but is pretty easy to avoid since he telegraphs it (the water ripples), but as the fight goes on more waterballs will be summoned up. Keep at him and avoid his attacks and you'll win easily. After defeating the beast, you'll automatically recieve the .:[LIGHT BLUE RAINBOW STONE]:.. Your character will also exit to the world map. ============================================================================== The Scarlet Carpet ====================================================================[JM2-6]=== Time to go to our next area. This next area is right below the Murky Swampland is the FIERY area! Can you feel the burn!? Can I get anymore corny!? ================== The Scarlet Carpet ================== Head right into this area but do so somewhat quickly as two cavemen will drop down and attack. You'll find a pool of water up ahead. Take a gulp of it (as I'm sure by now you know you can spit water like this) and put out the flames on the moving rock column up ahead. Use it to keep going. More cavemen are up ahead with a fire pit that shoots fireballs. Drop down and eat the meat and wait right there for a bit as you'll be safe. After a wave of fire quickly climb the rope on the right. You'll find another water pit, so gulp some down. Up ahead is a bunch of rock columns, one with some fire on it. This can be tricky to hit, but you can always go get more water (just be careful on these jumps). Past that is a section where fire will come out of the background, so just use good timing to get past this. The most important thing here is a pulley that you can use to grab a CLUB UPGRADE and a bunch of wheels on the LEFT before using it to grab a rope to the right. Past that is some pterodactyls and then two challenging pits. These pits have background fire WITH fireballs spitting up in the middle. You want to take your time and look at the obstacles here and above all don't fall into the fire! You can afford to take a couple of hits here as some meat will be on the other side, but so will the door to the next section. ========== The Boiler ========== Walk forward into this area and you'll face off against a group of cavemen. Take them out and soon you'll meet up with the annoying bouncing spiked reptile again. Hit him away to the left and go down the long rope. Down here you'll find more cavemen and then THREE BIG MEAT PIECES! You can eat one, but then RUN as ITS A TRAP!!! Lava will come in from the left. RUN! Keep attacking as you run (the wave is a lifesaver here) and quickly jump to the rope you find! See why I said you could only eat one piece of meat! Head onwards and you'll have to deal with more cavemen and some bugs. Kill them off and another bouncing bug will be here, so hit him off to the left and continue right to find another big rope. Go down and you'll find some tamales! Eat them all up and use them to clear out the rest of the area. You'll find the exit to this section soon. ============= Animal Tracks ============= Here, head downwards. A snail is rolling down here so take him out and go down again. There's a bouncing spiked snail here and a second one that you can kill. Head forwards and use the next ropes to head UP and find a SECOND club upgrade! Alright! Head back down and use the rock column to continue. Go up the next set of ropes too for some stone wheels (a lot of them) then climb back down and go under the spiked snails. Climb up somre more ropes for more stone wheels and continue on past more rock columns. The next rope has TWO big meat up it, by the way, which of course means a boss is coming up soon. We're not there yet though! Head down the slope and RUN FORWARDS. A T-Rex leg will come crashing down. Now this leg comes crashing down at regular intervals, so get a feel for the timing of it and quickly run to the other side of the screen when it comes! You can afford to take a couple hits while doing this. Soon you'll have to climb up a few ledges, so do so and stick to the right. He'll chase you with his face now, so go to the right ASAP. Grab the meat on the way and soon the screen will stop scrolling, leading to the fight itself. =========== Boss: T-REX =========== You have to have a boss fight against a T-Rex in a caveman game! Duh! This fight isn't that hard, to be honest, provided you're at full health. There are two rock columns moving up and down here but you can really only use the right one. Get on it and duck while using your twice upgraded club for some easy hits. The T-Rex will launch out fireballs as you fight. He'll start out firing them high (letting you score 3-4 easy hits) but will eventually lower his head. This makes it impossible to hurt him and stay on the rock column, so you can either take the hits and keep hurting him (which I did at full health) or get down to the ground and try to avoid damage. Either way this is a fairly easy boss fight, a lot easier than you'd expect. After defeating the beast, you'll automatically recieve the .:[BLUE RAINBOW STONE]:.. Your character will also exit to the world map. ============================================================================== A Village in Flames ====================================================================[JM2-7]=== Head back to Tiki Village (as may or may not be your custom) and upon talking to the people here (well, the old guy or the shop dude) you'll learn Gork is attacking your village! Gah! Make sure to talk to the old guy by the way, he will give you two big pieces of meat. When you're ready, talk to the flying guy on the right and fly to your village. The village is up in flames! Gah! The screen will pan to the left and soon Gork will tell you no more Mr. Nice Guy! Time for a battle! ========== Boss: Gork ========== You knew this was coming, but you probably aren't ready for this! Gork is TOUGH! The toughest boss by far up to now! Let's go over his attacks: Gork will throw bones out in both directions (jump these obviously). He will also leap forwards and land, trying to punch you. He can do the "everywhere" punch as well. He can also punch diagonally. Honestly, he tough. Too tough to just do whatever you want, plus he has way more health than you. Here's what I did. I hung out on the right and WAITED until he jumped forwards, then I did a SMALL jump to meat him and hit him. he can't counter you this way, but try not to land near him as he has a VICIOUS haymaker. I did that until I had more health than him, then went to war with him exchanging blows unti he died. It's pretty easy to do, but requires a LOT of patience. After defeating Gork, you'll automatically recieve the .:[PURPLE RAINBOW STONE]:.. Your character will also exit to the world map. ============================================================================== Rainforest ====================================================================[JM2-8]=== Well, now that we've beat Gork and got the last rainbow stone, head to the level entrance to the SOUTHWEST of Tiki Village. The stones will do their thing and build a bridge to the last area (feels a bit like Dragon Quest, huh!?). ========== Rainforest ========== This area resembles the first stage, but it's raining down hard. Continue to the right and watch out for the archers from below. You'll have to traverse some rock columns as well as deal with some pterodactyls. You'll come to a worm that you need to use to continue onwards, so make CAREFUL jumps here as there is nothing to save you if you fall. Now you'll face a series of rock columns, which is easy enough, but there will also be falling pterodactyls here as well. Keep on going being careful of the diving birds until you enter the next area. ============ The Boneyard ============ Head forwards in here and soon you'll have to reface the "Stegasaurus" boss! With only a normal club too! Good thing he's so easy! Go ahead and refrence the bosses section of this guide if you need help. After that, head out the door to the right. Here you'll face the "Giant Pterodactyl" boss again. Oh, they're going all Megaman on us! It can be hard to avoid the swoop attacks here, but he's still not much of a threat. Refer to the boss section if you want and defeat him, then head into the next right door. After that is a very tough Triceratops fight. He's essentially the same, except he's not ICE anymore. He seems tougher then me. Remember his tells and get ready to jump and duck and you should be OK. The next section is yet another boss! Well, duh! It's the "Water Dino" this time, and he's MUCH easier than the Triceratops! Yea! Just him him after his head appears and AfTER he shoots his water. The last room is the one with the "T-Rex" in it. Not as hard as the Triceratops, I think, but hard. Just be patient, the T-Rex has a pattern that you can exploit. He shoots out more fire balls when he gets low on health so be patient and take him out (I bet you are hurting by now!). This is the last room, so onto the next section. =============== Foreboding Cave =============== Right out of the pan into the fire. You'll have to re-fight GORK now! Yikes! He's pretty much the same as last time, so look at my strategy in the bosses section to see how I beat him. Afterwards, you'll go towards the crown to retrieve it but Gork will ask it for more power. Unbelievably the crown will HELP the person who stole it, leading to the ultimate boss! ==================== Boss: Enchanted Gork ==================== Gah, Gork is all... glowy now! Sheesh! Well, personally he's WAY easier then the regular fight against Gork. Let's go through his attacks. He'll bounce up and down the room (run under him). He'll shoot out an energy wave (his hands glow first, so you can see it coming and jump over it). He'll float up and come down diagonally (run to the opposite side of the screen), and finally he'll dash towards you but he'll stop before covering the screen. Well, ALL of his attacks are avoidable. However, he has a LOT of health. But it's not as bad as it looks, as you can often get in TWO hits on him. For example, say he does his bouncing thing. You can tell when he stops, so quickly get next to him and hit him, then keep hitting. He'll flash invincible for a bit, but you can get in TWO hits before he does a second attack. Just be sure that you're ready to avoid the next attack. Keep at it and you'll whittle away his health and end up winning. And with that victory the crown is saved and Gork is defeated! CONGRATS ON DEFEATING JOE AND MAC 2: LOST IN THE TROPICS! ============================================================================== Bosses ==================================================================[JM2-BOS]=== Here are the bosses you'll face in Joe and Mac 2, gathered together all in one spot. Good to reference: ================= Boss: Stegasaurus ================= Being the first boss, he isn't TOO hard. In fact, he's downright WAY TOO EASY if you have the upgraded club. You can literally stand at the right patch of land and hit him with it, so do so to take him out. ================ Boss: Water Dino ================ This guy is pretty fun to fight... funner then the other bosses anyways. ==================== Boss: Enchanted Gork ==================== Gah, Gork is all... glowy now! Sheesh! Well, personally he's WAY easier then the regular fight against Gork. Let's go through his attacks. He'll bounce up and down the room (run under him).
